Why Mind Garden?
Mind Garden provides a visual for what Mental Health signifies to us. Much like a garden, our mental health needs year round upkeep. Nourishment, care, patience, pruning, and resiliency through the ever so changing seasons. Together we will create an individualized tool-set that will assist you throughout the seasons of your life.
Treatment Focus
The focus of Mind Garden Therapy is to help individuals heal and become aware of their inner strengths. This is achieved by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.
My Commitment
If you have found your way to this site there is probably something unsettled in your mind, heart, or soul. Our commitment at Mind Garden Therapy is a serious one. We intend to be alongside you every step of your journey. Our goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life. Counseling can sometimes be difficult before it gets better. Similar to pruning or weeding of a garden. However, it is our hope that when you stand back and see the beauty you have created, you find joy once again.
